How Factory Direct Electrical Products Began
Factory Direct Electrical Products was founded with a clear purpose: to modernize how electrical products are sourced, imported, and distributed in the United States.
After more than 20 years leading electrical manufacturing, operations, and global sourcing across the industry—including steel boxes, fittings, conduit bodies, and industrial hardware—our leadership team saw the same problem over and over again:
Electrical contractors and distributors were paying more than necessary because of outdated supply chains and a paperwork-heavy ordering process.
Products were passing through too many hands. Inventory was inconsistent. Lead times were unpredictable. And pricing often climbed without delivering additional value.
We created FDEP to fix that.
