Hammer-on beam clamps with threaded rods are used to create a secure suspension point on structural steel beam flanges for supporting conduit runs, trapeze hangers, cable tray, lighting systems, J-hooks, or mechanical equipment. The clamp installs directly onto the beam flange, while the threaded rod provides a vertical drop support commonly used in commercial and industrial overhead electrical installations.
Hammer on rod hanger/beam clamp assemblies are used to suspend #8 wires or 1/4" all threaded rod from overhead mountings and have a clearance hole for 1/4" bolts.
